Plan the week
before the week happens.
ServantSuite is where small church teams plan sermons, run services, and stay ahead of the weekly work, without coordinating it all by group text.

What you get
Everything that runs a Sunday, in one place.
From the first sermon outline on Monday to the last volunteer task before doors open.
Sermon Editor
Write your sermon where the rest of your team can already see it. Inline tasks, scripture hover-cards, comment threads, and @mentions, so your worship leader knows what passage you're preaching by Wednesday, not Saturday night.
Your Team, Coordinated
Invite your worship leader, tech director, admin, and volunteer leads. Everyone sees the tasks, sermons, and decisions that touch them. Nothing they don't.
Series & Library
Plan sermons in series with start and end dates. Tag by passage, theme, or speaker. "Didn't we preach Romans last summer?" The answer is one search away.
Recurring Tasks That Actually Recur
Define a task once, like "Setup ProPresenter by Sunday 8 AM," and ServantSuite generates it for the right person every week. The repeat work stops being your job to remember.
Services on a 30-Day Horizon
Define your service types (Sunday morning, Wednesday night, special services) and see four weeks ahead. Add a sermon, related tasks auto-generate from your templates.
Reports & Reminders
Monday digests, sermon-due reminders mid-week, activity reports for your elders. Schedule them to send themselves so the system speaks up before you have to.
Toolbox: every asset, attached to the sermon it's for.
Stop hunting for last year's slide deck in three Google Drives. Upload once, attach to the sermon or service that needs it, and the next time you preach a similar passage it's already there. Search by name or tag, filter by type, no folder gymnastics.
- Sermon slides
- Announcements
- Logos & graphics
- PDFs & docs
- Audio clips
- Video assets
- Reference links
See it in action
The actual product, running a real Sunday.
No mockups. This is what your team opens Monday morning.
Write where the team can already see.
The sermon editor lives in the same place as your team's tasks, comments, and service plan. Drop a passage, your worship leader sees it. Drop an @mention, your tech volunteer gets pinged. Saturday stops being a scramble.
- Scripture hover-cards (ESV, NIV, NASB, CSB, KJV)
- Inline tasks and @mentions
- Auto-save · auto-tag by passage
Define it once. It runs every week.
The repeat work behind every Sunday (slides, sound check, volunteer reminders, ProPresenter setup) gets defined once and generates itself. The list stops living in your head.
- Anchored to your service calendar
- Per-team and per-person assignment
- 48h and 24h reminders auto-fire

Your whole crew on one page.
Invite your worship leader, tech director, admin, and volunteer leads. Group them into teams. Everyone sees what touches them. Nothing they don't. Stop being the human router for your church.
- Role-based access (Admin, Member, Viewer)
- Team groupings (Music, Tech, Pastors, Media)
- Audit log per user

One place for every file your church touches.
Slides, announcement graphics, logos, PDFs, audio, video, and reference links all live in one searchable library. Tag and attach assets to the sermons or services they belong to, so the right files surface alongside the right Sunday.
- Filter by type: images, videos, audio, docs, links
- Tag and search by name or keyword
- Attach an asset directly to a sermon or service

See four weeks of Sundays at once.
Every service, sermon, and special event on a single calendar. Filter by service type, by sermon, by team. The next month of your church's schedule, one screen, no spreadsheet.
- Multi-service-type support
- Sermon-to-service auto-linking
- Holiday-aware (Easter, Christmas Eve)

How it works
From sign-up to Sunday.
Most teams are running their first service through ServantSuite within a week.
Set up the rhythm
Add your service types (Sunday morning, Wednesday night, whatever your week looks like). Invite your team. Plug in the recurring tasks you do every week. Most churches are set up in five minutes.
Plan in the open
Draft sermons in the editor. Organize them into series. Assign tasks to people or teams. Your worship leader, tech director, and admin can see what's coming without you sending another text.
Walk into Sunday ready
Tasks generate themselves each week. Reminders land in inboxes. Weekly digests land Monday morning. By Sunday, the prep is done. You can be present for the people who showed up.
What pastors are saying
From the pastors who use it every week.
Quotes from real church staff running their Sundays through ServantSuite.
“
Before ServantSuite our weekly plan lived in three text threads, a Google Doc, and my head. Now I open one tab on Monday and the week is already laid out.

“
The recurring tasks alone saved us. Our tech volunteers stopped asking me what they were on each Sunday. They just open the app and see it.

Stories from the small and mid-size church staffs running their week through ServantSuite.
From the founder
I built ServantSuite because every church I've watched up close runs on the same five spreadsheets, the same group texts, and the same pastor who's tired of being the only one who remembers everything. The week before Sunday should be planned, not improvised. And the planning shouldn't take half the week.

FAQ
Questions pastors ask before signing up.
What exactly is ServantSuite?+
It's a planning system for church staff. You write sermons, organize them into series, plan your service calendar, and assign the recurring tasks behind each Sunday. All in one place instead of across texts, emails, and a spreadsheet someone made in 2021.
What size church is this for?+
Small to mid-size churches: solo pastors, multi-staff teams, and multi-campus setups up to a few hundred volunteers. If you're past that, you'll outgrow our reporting fast; we're not pretending to be enterprise software.
What about denomination or theology?+
ServantSuite is denomination-agnostic. We've built it alongside non-denom, Baptist, and Anglican churches. Nothing in the product assumes a specific liturgy or theology. It's just the planning rhythm, in software.
Can my whole team use it?+
Yes. Invite your worship leader, tech director, admin, or anyone on staff. Everyone gets role-based access and sees the tasks, sermons, and comments relevant to them. Solo is for one person; Team and Campus support collaborative staffs.
What are recurring tasks?+
You define a task once, like "Setup ProPresenter by Sunday 8 AM" or "Finalize sermon notes by Saturday night," and ServantSuite creates it automatically each week, assigned to the right person. No more re-creating the same checklist every Sunday.
How does the sermon editor work?+
Rich text editor built for sermon writing. Format text, embed tasks for your team, @mention people in comments, and hover over scripture references to see the passage without leaving the page. Everything saves automatically.
Where do my files (slides, logos, PDFs) live?+
In the Toolbox. Upload sermon slides, announcement graphics, logos, PDFs, audio clips, video, or reference links once and attach them to the sermon or service that needs them. Filter by type, search by name, and the next time you preach a similar passage the assets are already linked.
Does it integrate with ProPresenter, Planning Center, or Slack?+
Native integrations are on the roadmap. For now, ServantSuite handles the planning layer (what's preached, who does what, when it's due) and lives alongside the tools you already use for slides and giving.
Is my content secure?+
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted on infrastructure that meets industry security standards. Your sermons and team data are private to your church and never shared, sold, or used for AI training.
Can I export my data?+
Yes. Sermons export as Word documents. Reports (activity logs, task summaries, member rosters) export as CSV. Your data is always yours.
What if I cancel?+
You keep access through the end of your billing period, then your account reverts to the free Solo plan. Your data is retained for 90 days so you can export or re-subscribe without losing anything.
